Ajouter ou supprimer des mots au dictionnaire Firefox

Contrairement à Thunderbird, Firefox qui utilise pourtant le même dictionnaire interne ne possède pas de fenêtre permettant d'éditer facilement les mots qu'on a rajouté au dictionnaire Firefox.

Pour cela il faut utiliser un éditeur de texte de type Notepad++ et ouvrir le fichier persdict.dat situé dans

c:\utilisateurs\monnnom\Appdata\roaming\mozilla\firefox\profiles\xxxx.default\persdict.dat

après ouverture de ce fichier par votre éditeur de texte favori vous pouvez ajouter, supprimer ou modifier des termes contenus dans ce fichier,
et qui seront donc inclus dans votre dictionnaire Firefox personnalisé.
